XMB Mod Translations

So the idea here is to try and eventually make all available XMB mods multi-language by adding the necessary entries to the rco files. This might take a long time to complete but Im posting this here anyway to make a start.

I have all the entries created for webMAN Launchpad, CFW Settings and XMBPD, if anyone wants to help me by translating the entries (the ones in between the "><") to any of the other XMB languages then here are the English entries in the format required. Please...
