HDD change

Hi all,
i have to change my HDD on my slim 3004 HEN (NOR i think), due a lack of free space.
My question is, if i use the built-in tool to backup my System, after restore on new HDD, the system will be the same? If not, what data could i lose?
Will rifs of legits games remain?
