Rebugification Theme

Proof of Concept, so many would change. Anyway, it's a XMB theme (maybe dynamic if I find a way to create it). Style is something like "Matrix met Tron". Icons are just placeholders and some kind of marker, so now they are a little inconsistent with the rest of style.
