I'm getting conflicted info here. Via Google, some say that either format doesn't matter anymore, however others are saying that ISO is totally the way to go namely for ban prevention. I finally decided to get a teensy to flash my slim to the most current Rebug (Which was a success) but now I've learned that some games that I own can flag you for a ban just by running them, and using antiban eboots are highly recommended.
