The xRegistry.sys has a settings for enabling the debug menu in the browser. Having it enabled and doing some casual browser it seems that nothing debug related shows up. Util I checked my USB and there was a webbrowser.txt in the root of it.
It seems the logs are only stored locally , USB , HDD most likely, can't confirm.
To enable the setting simply change /setting/browser/debugMenu from 00000000 to 00000001
Click Save on the right pane, then File - > Save and then File - Close.
