PS3Hen Guide for Morons?

Hey guys I am very confused about hte steps to get my console from OFW -> HFW -> HEN enabled

Unclear to me is which steps are performed on PC and which steps are performed on the PS3. It seems some steps are done through PS3 web browser? or just through XMB. Do I run the .py file on PC? or I just move it all to root of USB drive.

Don't want to risk a brick.

PS2 Classics previously installed with HAN not working

Hi guys, I just installed PS3HEN on my superslim with HFW and for some reason my PS2 Classics converted games stopped working, whenever I load a game my PS3 just turn off entirelly not even the red standby red light appears, just turn off, does anyone have a clue of what happened? I know that loading PS2 ISOs doesn't work with HEN but this method was the only avaliable for me to play my PS2 backups.

I just realized on my 3xxx slim that enable hen work but it doesn't triggered the wMMod automatically, but if i plug my usb that have hen files(stackframe.bin , etc) it works.

So how to make my wmmod automatically triggered without use any of my usb slot?

Is possible to patch the file, I know that in cfw is possible to disable this warning to make the ps3 boot faster, but I can't figure out if this is possible to patch on OFW, smh I'm noob and if this is a stupid question lmk

Webman MOD is missing

I uninstalled the WEBMAN MOD in the HEN2.0 state, then deleted the endless version of WEBMAN1.47.19 and IRISMAN, then opened HAN ENABLE to reinstall WEBMAN 1.47.20 and the HEN version of IRISMAN, but the WEBMAN MOD menu disappeared and ran. WEBMAN ENABLE HEN will cause an 80010007 error, and I confirm that HEN has been activated because IRISMAN can run normally. I even reinstalled the 484HFW, but the situation remains the same.

How to access ntfs drives on HEN?

Hi!
I want to know can we copy our discs saved on ntfs HDD to PS3 internal HDD.I have my discs in NTFS drive.I tried to copy games to PS3ISO folder,GAMES folder,and GAMEZ folder on the root of my NTFS drive but they did not show up in multiman.Can someone tell me can i access them.I am on HENv2.I have the webman mod v1.47.20,prepntfs v1.01 and multiman v4.82.00
Any Help would be greatly obliged.

Managunz is removing previous game when running other game titles

So far, managunz works well with HEN as usual but there's one little problem - it keeps deleting previous games which I installed when I run another game from Managunz. Before that, I'm used managunz to run SOCOM 4 and works very well and then, I'm tried to run another game in Managunz and noticed that the PS3_GAME folder from /dev_hdd0/GAMES/SOCOM 4 had been moved out into /dev_hdd0 and managunz actually performing a whole directory cut n' paste instead of creating symlinks which could be...

Using @CaptainCPS-X's PKG script I managed to find a way to install files to the PS3's root directory, so now you can install files to anywhere you want.

On OFW dev_flash will not be mounted, so you will have to mount dev_flash to dev_blind using one of the PS3Xploit tools. To create a PKG that installs to flash, you must create a directory in the custom folder named dev_blind, not dev_flash. I got this refurbished and it works well but after a couple uses I noticed that it got hotter and hotter. I eventually couldn't turn it on without going above 80C. I just bought some Arctic Silver 5 and applied it, but I'm still running at 75C with 95% fan speed. What could be wrong? This is worrying me.

First of all let me give a massive thank you to all developers who made HEN possible for us Superslim PS3 users.

I think my question is in noob zone, but i have no one to ask for help about problem i have with my PS3 Superslim.
Anyway long story short, i have a Superslim PS3 HFW 4.84 + HAN + HEN V2 all installed, i can install Irisman and Multiman, the new Irisman update claims it supports ISO files, i have disc based game i own, i made an ISO file from it, when i put that ISO on flash...

Every time I try to decrypt a sprx with scetool it says that nothing else. Im just trying to resign my sprx so they will work with the modded eboots on HEN.

Issue with non-host menus

Normal menus (most of them anyway) work alright on MW2 (at least, decently).

I tried an off-host menu and it completely didn't work. It signed perfectly fine, but the sprx part doesn't work. The eboot works, but unfortunately the sprx doesn't. Any ideas why and how I could fix it?
