Playing Online with CFW Playstation?

Hey,

So i just Jailbroke my Slim with the PS3xploits. I first installed 4.84 HFW and then i needed to install 4.84 Rebug. How can i play Online with it now? I just wanna play normal so no Online Mod Menus and Stuff. Just clean Multiplayer Gaming. And how big is the Chance that the Console get banned? And in Case she gets banned... i am still able to use the Console Offline then or is it complete Useless then?

PS1 compressed games not working (Error 80028F17)

Hello,

So, I have this legit games from PSx Classics but for some reason they do not work with HEN.

However, I do noticed that PSx ISO games converted to PS3 without compression do run flawless! But, whenever I set the compression method to 9 (Best), the games refused to launch with the error 80028F17.

I read somewhere in the Internet that is because these games werent for my PS3 console region, but I heavily doubt that's the case.

I know I can solve this just avoiding the compression in...

Hi, recently I was transferring some configs for PS2 games with FileZilla_3.8.0 on Win XP SP3 x86.

I've tried new webMAN_MOD_1.47.24.5_beta and webMAN_MOD_1.47.24, but I'm getting:

hello guys i have got ps3 fat 80gb 4 usb ports so i wander if it can be hacked or not and also when i start it it takes few seconds then the fan runs with sound and gives high temperature so how i can know if it so dirty and needs clean and when i put disk the ps3 can't read it and can install itb hard disk in it. the model of my ps3 is (ceche01 mg)

I get error 80710092 when i try to install GTA SA ( 4.2gb ) I did all the things that youre supposed to do and it keeps on giving me the error. My firewall is off, I connected the PS3 to the router or laptop, and the apache server is running but it still gives me the error. It says please wait for a few seconds then gives me the error.

hey PS3 people good morning,

i had my fat ps3 dead yesterday and i needed a replacement! Got from a friend ps3 SLIM cech-2003A
with 4.76 OFW installed!
I've been out of ps3 scene in the last 2 years and i see lots of new things i need an update !!!

1) better to get ps3 HEn?

2) if CFW is better option where should i start from?

Bricked PS3, A little bit of help.

A month or so ago I had bricked my PS3, it was before HEN released and after HFW Released.
I remember the Nor patcher wasn't available atm so I had made my own version of it and patched it, but that's where it went wrong. The NOR chip was 4.84, and the patch was 4.82.

The ps3 bricked, turns on for a second and shuts down.

I have the flasher with me, only thing I need to get through is the stripped psu screw.

Few Questions

1) How would I get about removing the stripped screw.

2) Do I...

That guide is for technicians and advanced users having an hardware flasher. It intended to restore a NOR console under "metldr.2" having been accidentally flashed via PS3Xploit (v1 or v2), causing a perma-brick. So for some CECH-25xxx, the CECH-3xxxx and CECH-4xxxx NOR (for the 12GB CECH-4xxxx equipped with EMMC, no public tools are available yet to unbrick them.)

thanks to everyone taking their time reading this. i am a hen V2.3.1 user
yesterday i installed dmc devil may cry into my hdd via multiman and when i launched it, it gave me a black screen and something like a freeze.
naturally i've looked up everywhere and i've seen the bd mirror and internal option in multiman but that didn't work. i've seen a make the game into an ISO file but i'm guessing it won't work too.
does anyone has the solution to this? it's the only game that gives me this kind...

hi i have a problem with my ps3 superslim hen ver 2.3.1 i installed a two games in pkg format jump star and sonic all stars racing and the two games when i try to launch them the ps3 gives me black screen and freeze but on sonic all stars it gives me only black screen but no freeze but on jump star the console complete freeze and i installed well and install the fixes what should i do?

Hello.
I have ps3 with latest rebug CFW. I tried to play ps2 game, but the ps3 freeze.
I put the ISO in PS2ISO folder and loaded it with webman mod (tried multiman also), but the ps3 freeze after loading the game.
I don't have other ps2 game to try.
Do i have to edit the ISO somehow or tweak it to make it work?

Converting PKG to folder format

I have a pkg game I am Alive already installed on PS3. I wanna make a backup copy of it on external hdd in folder format. How to copy the game folder to external hdd?

I can't see pkg game on multiman. I only see games on USB Drive and internal hdd in folder format on multiman. I also see option to copy these games. But there is no option to copy pkg games to external hdd.
