Hi guys, today I'm happy to share this new version of RetroaArch for PS3 which includes, for the first time, 44 cores.

This result has been possible thanks to excellent work of my friend @Zar who unlocked most part of new cores, during a shared work project and started together some months ago.

there is so many versions of rom packs its enough to go crazy. I need to find an arcade ROM pack that is reputable, not crashy, not unnecessarily big. not every possible arcade rom worldwide from the last 40 years. I need something that is less than 10Gb, and something that is proven. does anyone know if this exsists? I have had good luck so far with "no-intro roms" and also stuff from arcadepunks website. I am just looking for a hundred or so of the popular standup arcade roms.

Hi guys and gals.
I just wanted to share some of my settings for successful mass transfers of files between PS3 and computer via FTP.

Prior to this I had a lot of problems making backups of large quantities of files such as game folders and retroarch via FTP, so much of a PITA that I thought I was a lost cause.

With these settings I've now managed to transfer 20,000+ files in one session w/o any manual restarts or fiddling, this over WiFi even!

There are probably room for improvements so...

Hello, I can't use my controller with ps3xpad. The plugin recognize the controller (I don't have the "an unknown USB..." anymore) but button doesn't work at all.

How can I fix this?

Hi guys, ive read around here but i did not find a definite answer about such a scenario.

Im trying to install a rap file for a game. I put the rap file in usb0, plug into right slot, load up psnpatch press l1. And get message that Im not logged into psn.

Now please can anyone give me a step by step how that should be done? Do i forst load psnpatch clear my tracks then log in to psn then launch psn patch again and install? Would that get me banned? Launching a homebrew after being...

So for the past 2 days, ive been trying to put my psp games on, my (CechG HFW 4.84.2 HAN and HEN PS3). The games ive tried where (The 3rd Birthday, Final Fantasy 3, Ys 7, Ys Oath of Felghana, Metal Gear Acid, Final Fantasy VII Crisis core, Valhalla Knights, and Final Fantasy Type 0 ( Eng. Patch). I wonder if someone still can make a eject tray.ELF?
To eject disk tray i go back to OSDSYS.

PS2 is it quite old stuff so anything can broke now including this button (to eject).

I have found an old app that can do that, bit unfortunately it's incompatible with newest FMCB\FHDB 1.963

Was just looking at PSXLauncher.elf

I happen to have an original PS1 disc lying around. And many PS1 isos.

Is it possible to implement in PSXLauncher.elf a way to have a USB, HDD or SMB PS1 iso as the 'swapped' disc?
